Role Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing advisory team. In this role, you’ll support clients across the M&A and strategic finance lifecycle—delivering insights, building models, and guiding decision-making with clarity and rigor. About the Role (Overview)

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll work directly with engagement leads and client executives to support diligence, financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis. You will help translate data into meaningful insights and support decision-makers with structured, accurate, and timely analysis.

You will be involved across multiple engagements, covering private equity, portfolio companies, and founder-led businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including QoE and working capital analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
  • Analyze historical performance, key drivers, and operational trends
  • Prepare client-ready outputs including presentations, dashboards, and summaries
  • Collaborate with senior advisors to refine recommendations and insights
  • Assist with integration plans, finance improvements, and reporting enhancements
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across all deliverables

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or transaction advisory
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation fundamentals
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with PE-backed companies or M&A projects preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
